Matching
A score out of 100 from CPV, keywords, region, value, certifications and timing. Weak matches stay out of the default desk.
For UK bid teams
Tender Desk finds relevant public and private tenders automatically, writes an instant summary of the conditions, and helps you prepare bid documents faster. You still review and submit.
14 days. Contracts Finder and Find a Tender included. No bid is sent for you.
01
A short wizard captures what you do, the CPV codes and keywords, the regions and values, and the certifications you actually hold.
02
Contracts Finder, Find a Tender and TED are searched once and scored separately for every organisation. Each match gets a summary of scope, value, dates and conditions.
03
Move a notice to Interested, generate a bid pack from the profile and the ITT, edit it, and export DOCX or PDF. Tender Desk does not submit it.
A score out of 100 from CPV, keywords, region, value, certifications and timing. Weak matches stay out of the default desk.
Scope, buyer, value, contract length, lots, key dates, mandatory certifications, insurance, turnover and evaluation weightings.
New, Review, Interested, Drafting, Submitted, then Won, Lost or Withdrawn. Moving a card does not contact the buyer.
Questions come from the uploaded SQ, PSQ or ITT. Drafts use your profile and case studies. You edit every answer before export.
Clarification, submission and award dates on one calendar. Deadlines are marked when 14 days or fewer remain, and urgent at 3 days or fewer.
Matched value, pipeline value and potential value by month or quarter, plus win rate and counts by stage and category.
Public notices are fetched on a schedule and on demand. The same notice is stored once, then scored for each organisation.

No. You review the draft, export the pack, and submit it on the buyer’s portal. The checklist is there so a mandatory document is less likely to be missed.
No. Notices are ingested once. Scores, summaries, pipeline, bid packs and analytics belong to one organisation. A second organisation scoring the same notice cannot see your stage or your answers.
The free trial lasts 14 days and includes one application, so you can see a real draft. You add a card to start it, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. Occasional is £90 a month (inc. VAT) for one application a year. Regular is £180 a month (inc. VAT) for three, and it is the plan most buyers should take. Frequent is £250 a month (inc. VAT) for six. Without Stripe keys the upgrade is applied locally so you can try the gates.
Live searches use the public Contracts Finder, Find a Tender and TED APIs. The demo organisations also include labelled sample notices so the desk is usable if a source is quiet or blocked.
No. Owners and admins manage the profile, team and sources. Bid writers move the pipeline and draft packs. Viewers can read. Only an owner changes the plan.
Set the profile, invite the people who write, and keep the deadline in view. The trial is enough to see a real match.
